How To Help
Five couples in our church have recently welcomed new life into their families. Meal trains are one of the ways we can help support them in those overwhelming early days. Click the buttons below and signup to provide a meal.
Clouatre Meal Train
In 2022 84,434 people in East Baton Rouge received SNAP assistance. When Jesus ministered to large crowds, on more than one occasion, he fed them. When Jesus taught his disciples how to pray he included the line "give us today our daily bread." In the early church members of the community took responsibility for the immediate "bread" needs of their brothers and sisters. Food insecurity is a need in the community that the church can rise to! We partner specifically with Travail Food Pantry by helping them with distribution on the first and third Thursday of each month. Besides that there are other ways to help this important ministry throughout the week.
